Before fitness, I spent 20 years as a licensed hair stylist and esthetician, helping people feel confident in their appearance—an experience that shaped my service-focused approach. For the last nine years, I’ve built a successful career as a residential and commercial real estate agent, learning how to guide people through important decisions with honesty and care.
Now, I’m returning to my roots in health and fitness to help others reach their weight-loss goals through GLP-1s, peptides, hormone support, and practical guidance delivered with humility and real experience.
My mission is simple: help people look, feel, and live better—safely and sustainably.
Former national-level bodybuilder and championship coach, won Mr. California and Junior Mr. USA, and competed on the world stage at Mr. America and Mr. Universe.
